Terms and Conditions

• A valid NHS ID card must be presented for each room booked on check-in.
• Maximum 3 rooms and cannot be booked more than 3 months in advance.
• All rooms MUST be booked and paid in advance on the agreed discounted offer rate & cannot be redeemed at time of check in/out or in conjunction with any other offer.
• Certain days of the week may not be available, this includes bank holidays and special events. Subject to availability.
• Offer correct at time of printing (September 2020) & may be withdrawn or amended at any time. 
• Pre-payment required on booking for room reservations. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• COVID-19: If you are unable to stay due to changes in government guidelines which advise you not to travel, we are able to offer you an alternative date of stay or provide a refund.
• Parking Charges apply only at Dukes Head Hotel and St. Nicholas Hotel.
• Supplements apply for room upgrades.
• Food and drink are not included in this discount.
